Status List of currently live modules as of this date, with outstanding items listed.

Implemented mods in need of tune-ups:

General – Contact numbers need to slide left when there are no addresses present. Avatar import is waiting on the file manager. Add a ‘birthday’ field to this layout. We need to make the show/add drop-down menu activate on one click.

Search – dates are not being searched correctly; this feature needs some heavy testing as the poor field name choices are coming back to haunt us. Either we need to add a ton more aliases or finally breakdown and redo the table/column names.

Forums – Still having some issues with the inside/outside forum set-up. Need to have the appropriate .css put into templates.xlsuite.com and transfer when each new sub is created. Outside forums may need to be simplified. Pop-up ‘new’ boxes are looking awkward, let’s think of how to better implement these. We are still not grasping the intended, “be able to surf the index/posts, while posting,” concept. The index page ‘closing’ needs to be fixed. There is no text editor in the ‘new’ boxes; there are no textile instructions in the ‘new’ boxes. AND CAN SOMOEONE FIGURE OUT WHY THE FORUM EATS OUR %$@&ING CARRIAGE RETURNS .

Contact Request/Submit forms – new 404, 500 pages with forms need to implemented.

User Groups – this is still a bit buggy; I cannot see current groups in any sub domains (although it appears normal on live and test).

Permission Sets – I cannot see the “permissions” menu item, while logged in as an admin, on live or any subdomian. It’s been fine on test for the last two deploys,but has not made it to any live servers – is this just some missed code in the deploy?

RSS Feeds – RSS feed reader is now live and needs testing. One thing that is readily apparent is we get a 500 error if the link inputted is not a valid RSS stream.

Site Admin – required fields need to be outlined. Password hashes for pw plus pw confirmation are not uniform. If I get an error on site admin the return is a mess of text overlapping; when it did work it diod not save the input in the fields that were not flagged as an ‘error’ – had to refill out all the info again. Where is the bot checker? Confirmation email? What happened to the 5 step process outlined in the design?

Auto-enter functionality – currently if you do not fill in the address, the record shows up with the default entries on the general page: “AB”, “Can”. Should add a “blank’ to the top of these lists so that if they are not changed we do not get erroneous input for these fields.

Contact Import – needs CSS work and testing.

Priority items:

template.xlsuite.com – we need to identify and input the template/default items that need to be transferred to each new sub domain.

Navigation – new “disappearing” nav bar is working pretty good. Need to add that second row asap.

Add temporay “history’ tab to Contact pages. Related history to the record being viewed only.

Dashboard (column 1) – User Inbox and History need to be hooked up.

Email – POP3 testing needs to be done and we need to integrate in IMAP settings as well.

File Manager(re: digital assets)

Text Manager (more robust ‘articles’ section).

Snippets – or ‘blocks’. For inputting/arranging smaller sections of a page that can be transferred to many pages and only edited once.

Config page- globals and other configuration info need to be stored
