Contact Forms on your website are created to function with XLsuite so you are able to collect contact details in your contact database. Not only will you then receive the email request, you will also have a new lead opportunity in your contact list.

You can then manage and track contact requests and communication you've had with them by using the system to reply to the contact requests.

If you start getting spam in your forms, you can turn on your spam checker. We use defensio to block spam, it learns what spam is and can block it for you.  It's turned off by default so you don't loose emails, you need to train it so once you've turned it on, you have to check your spam folder routinely to make sure it's not blocking legitimate emails.
