This video covers how to create a new order for someone in XLsuite.

This would be how your staff would create an invoice that could be sent to the client.

The invoice can then be paid for online, similarly to how they would if they were to go through the shopping catalog on the front of the website.

But of course there are sometimes that you don't show all of your products on the front end of the site, or you simply want to create the order for them, rather than them creating it on the site and making a mistake or missing something.  There are also times when you don't publish your rates online and this would be how you could create a quote for someone in those cases.
