To publish to it from any program that supports METAWEBLOGAPI (like our friends here at flickr for example)
All you have to do is point to the endpoint
http://YOUDOMAIN.com/admin/xmlrpc/api
then... simply enter your email and password you use to login to the site with and you're golden.
