We've created a new skin that really represents the state of the art when it comes to a web 2.0 portal.

It combines all of the elements that would be needed by most organizations, both to help manage, and to help promote just about anything.

As it was built initially for real estate, it is a community site that is focused around real estate and has a powerful listing manager.
Additionally there are blogs, forums, a shopping cart program and a directory.

As it's running on XLsuite, the administration panel is very feature rich including everything from contact management through to mass mailing and SEO friendly designs.

A site importer, links modules, shopping and other functionality all rounds out a powerful lead and revenue building web tool.
