Open source license

XLsuite is open source software that is licensed under the GNU GPL license. You may use XLsuite under the open source license if you fall under the following categories:

• You are using XLsuite in an educational, personal or not for profit organization.
• You are using it as a base to build another GPL licensed product.
• You are not reselling the software to other parties.

Commercial license

Many of our clients want a commercial license for several reasons including:

• Wanting to support our continued development
• They are required to own a commercial license due to internal software policies
• They want to avoid any potential restrictions of an open source license

OEM / Reseller license

If you are a web host, a software developer, designer, consultant or other entity that would like to use XLsuite as the base to develop other commercial products, then please talk to us. Our business model is centered around creating industry specific solutions based on our core XLsuite platform.

We're eager to create WIN/WIN relationships with others, and in extending the reach of our platform to more business verticals.
