Open source forums:

We run a support form that is free to access. You may seek help from other members of the community, and when they have time, our staff do from time to time answer questions in there. However there are no guaranteed turn around times in the forum.

Premium support forums:

For a fee, you can have access to our premium support forums where we have a guaranteed response time for you in various packages:

  • Small – 48 hour response time
  • Medium – 24 hour response time
  • Large – 12 hour response time
  • XL – 2 hour response time

Phone and remote desktop support:

One of our technicians will call and talk to you over the phone about your issue and possibly use remote desktop software to help you solve the issue.

This is also available with guaranteed response times similar to the forums.

On site support:

Some clients just want it done for them. In certain instances an on site technician is a desirable option.

On site support comes with a few logistical issues built in. For service outside of Vancouver, we will require all travel and living expense be provided for by the client. Accommodations and travel must be provided for in executive class fashion (no coach seats and coupons to the local hostel please.) :)
